HOW TO DRINK MORE WATER - HEALTHY HABITS

The key to building water drinking habits is to :
Make drinking water OBVIOUS i.e. by using tools to remind you to drink
Make drinking water CONVENIENT i.e. having it within arm’s reach at all times
Make drinking water APPEALING i.e. by enhancing the taste or making it a rewarding experience
