Kacie Kettlebell SwingKCPT provides Personal Training, Group Training and Nutritional advice in the comfort of your own home. We are based in Leigh on Sea in Essex and are Personal Trainers, FASTER Functional Trainers, Boxercise Instructors and YMCA & Keiser Instructors. We create custom made programs for every fitness level using our unique training methods to create a fitter, healthier, stronger and more supple body. Whatever your fitness goal we will be there with you every step of the way to keep you motivated, get results fast and make your workouts FUN!

How We Can Help You

Weightloss

Your program will start with an assessment to discuss your general health and weight loss goals. You will be given an easy to follow nutrition plan to work in conjunction with your training program. Your personal trainer will choose exercises that will maximise fat loss and increase your lean muscle. The result will be a healthier and slimmer you.

General Fitness and Toning

If your goal is to increase your fitness level and tone up, we will work with you to increase your cardiovascular fitness using interval training and increase your lean muscle using whole body resistance exercises and core stability training.

Strength Training

So you want to feel and look stronger? Using a combination of free weights, kettlebells and bodyweight exercises doing less repetitions with heavier weight, we can help you to build muscle, increase your metabolism, increase bone density leaving you stronger and more defined.

Flexibility Training

Waking up feeling stiff every morning? Suffering from re-occurring injuries or feeling like your body just doesn’t feel the way it should? If you answer yes, we can create a flexibilty program that you can do anywhere, at anytime. Flexibility is one of the most important foundations for a healthy body. We will do various flexibility tests to determine the areas we need to work on with you, then we will work on those tight muscles using various corrective stretches leaving you more relaxed, balanced and moving freely.

Sports Specific Conditioning

Going skiing? surfing? Do you play golf, tennis or football and want to improve your game? Each sport or activity you do requires different movement patterns, flexibilty and strength in different areas. We will work with you on these specific areas to gain flexibility, build strength and power so you get the most out of your activity and decrease your risks of injuries.

Post Rehabilitation

If you are recovering from an injury, had surgery or are living with back pain, knee pain or shoulder pain, we can help to alleviate the pain, get to the route of the problem and work with you using flexibility techniques and strengthening exercises to rebuild the weakened muscles.

Kettlebell Training

Kettlebells are the latest fitness tool to hit the UK! Kettlebells have been around since the 1700’s and are still used by the Russian Military and many Hollywood stars! With Kettlebells you can train every muscle group in your body by swinging it, lifting it, passing it from one hand to another and its extremely effective as you can burn 800 cals in a workout! A Kettlebell workout will strengthen your core and prevent back pain, toning your arms, legs and butt! Using Kettlebells allows you to burn fat faster, increase strength, flexibility, muscle tone and general body conditioning!

Core Stability Training

All of our movements are powered by the torso. The abs and back work together to support the spine when we sit, stand, bend over, pick things up, exercise and more. The torso is the body’s center of power, so the stronger you are in that area, the easier your life will be and the less susceptible to injury you will be. All of our programs will work on your core stability as it is the foundation (as with flexibility) of a healthy working body.

What We Do

KCPT sessions are 1 hour in length, the exercises, methods and equipment will depend on your specific requirements. Your trainer is well equipped with stability balls, medicine balls, kettlebells, free weights, sparring gloves, foam rollers and resistance tubing. You can train in the comfort of your own home or outdoors in a nearby park of your preference. We cater for individuals wanting one on one training, two persons and if you want to gather a few of your friends and motivate eachother, we can train small groups (up to 8 people.) All sessions are dynamic with a whole body approach to maximise your time and results.
